For many of us, there is a strong desire to make a difference in our world. The search for significance and a desire to plan for the future leads us to ponder our legacy. Many who have been touched by their University of New Mexico experience have chosen to make a gift through their estate.     Individuals age 70 ½ or older can make a gift from their IRA directly to the UNM Foundation

    You transfer your cash or appreciated property to the UNM Foundation in exchange for fixed payments (with rates based on your age) for the rest of your life.
